SATA supports tourism growth across Southern Africa, in line with the SADC Tourism Programme 2020–2030. Training is part of that work, helping people across the sector build the skills they need in their day-to-day roles.
Alongside the training we deliver in person across the region, our online courses allow us to extend that reach and make training available to more people.
Courses are broken into short modules that you can complete at your own pace. Depending on the course, you’ll work through videos, examples and quizzes, with a certificate awarded when you complete the training.
Better border experiences can make travel across the SADC region easier and improve visitor satisfaction. This course helps border officials understand travellers’ needs, communicate well and provide good service while maintaining security and meeting border requirements.
